Position Description:
The primary role of a Dorm Parent at Rumsey Hall is to supervise the physical safety and emotional development of the residential students under their care in the 晚上 and on weekends.
宿舍的父母 are expected to create a positive living and learning environment and to provide structure and mentoring to a group of students under their care. 宿舍的父母 are responsible for educating students on the expectations and rules of living in a dormitory environment and enforcing the 学校’s policies and expectations for students.
Dorm parents will receive training from the Director of Residential Life and start by working with experienced dorm parents.
